Dave Sheridan

As Executive Chairman, Dave is responsible for leading ilke Homes’ executive team. Since launching in 2017, his vision is to grow the company into a top ten housebuilder, delivering 10,000 homes a year.

Dave has over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry. During that time, he spent seven years as CEO of Keepmoat Homes. There, Dave was responsible for growing the business to deliver an extra 3,000 homes a year. From 2008 to 2012, he held the role of CEO at Apollo Property Service Group. Before merging with Keepmoat Homes in 2012, Dave successfully transformed the regional business into a national giant that delivered healthy profits for Apollo Property Service Group’s shareholders.
