Dave Sheridan

Executive Chairman

Leadership team

As previous CEO at Keepmoat Group and Engie Regeneration, Dave launched ilke Homes in 2016 and has since remained involved in the business. He will now lead the executive team.. Dave brings a wealth of experience to the role to support the growth of ilke Homes.

Ciara Allan

Chief Financial Officer

Leadership team

Ciara leads on our financial strategy and in addition to finance, is responsible for Compliance, Risk, IT, and also acts as our Company Secretary. In 2018 Ciara was recognised at the Yorkshire Finance Leaders awards where she won the award for Finance Leader within an International Company.

Nigel Banks

Product Director

Leadership team

Nigel leads our Product Team, responsible for creating our inspiring housetype designs ensuring they are both manufacturable and become places people enjoy living in.

Mark Chilvers

Operations Director

Leadership team

Mark is responsible for ilke Homes’ manufacturing operations including production, quality, manufacturing engineering and supply chain. Mark is focussed on growing our Knaresborough site so that we can safely produce the maximum number of homes at the right quality at the right cost.

David Jones

Construction Managing Director

Leadership team

Member of the Executive Team, David is responsible for leading our pre-construction, delivery, installation and customer care teams. David and his team ensure all non-factory production operations are completed to the highest standard.

Helen Charlesworth

Head of Human Resources

Leadership team

Leading the HR team, Helen drives the HR strategy into all parts of the business. People are the focus, whether it be recruitment, learning and development or reward. Helen works with our Senior Leadership Team to ensure that we can provide the best proposition to current and potential employees.

Craig Liddell

National Partnerships Director

Business Development team

Craig works with Housing Associations and Local Authorities to develop schemes where ilke Homes can help them tackle the shortage of affordable housing in their regions.

Tom Oliver

Head of Business Development, South

Business Development team

Tom leads on establishing partnerships with developers, RP’s and Local Authorities across London and the South East. After a decade working for the Homes and Communities Agency and a G15 housing association he believes modular housing will deliver increased efficiency for development teams and consistently high-quality homes for residents.

Paul Mason

Business Development Manager, West and East Midlands

Business Development team

With more than 15 years’ experience in offsite construction, Paul’s role is to support Housing Associations and Local Authorities on their journey to delivering high quality, energy efficient homes to the people who need them.

Helen Fitton

Business Development Manager, Yorkshire, Humber & North East

Business Development team

Working with Registered Providers and Local Authorities to deliver quality, innovative homes for the North, Helen has worked in the housing sector for a number of years and is passionate about the positive impact housing can have on health, and is excited by ilke Homes' ambition to help improve lives.

Siobhan Ryder

Head of Business Development, North

Business Development team

Siobhan develops relationships and works collaboratively with Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Consultants to deliver mixed tenure developments, where accelerated construction is a key driver to meeting the Govt’s housing growth targets. Siobhan is a qualified Marketer, mentor of students entering the construction industry, and an advocate for gender parity.
